Welcome to 24x7emall.in — a wholesale, business-to-business (B2B) portal.
Business-to-Business Only
24x7 eMall sells exclusively to GST-registered businesses — retailers, resellers, institutions and traders — for the purpose of resale or use in the course of business. We do not sell to consumers. By registering a trade account and placing an order you declare and warrant that:
- You are purchasing on behalf of a business registered under GST, and the GSTIN you provided is valid and belongs to that business;
- The goods are bought for resale or business use and not for personal, domestic or household consumption; accordingly the transaction is a commercial, business-to-business sale and not a consumer transaction;
- You have the authority to bind that business to these terms;
- You have read and accepted the No Returns & Replacement Policy, and you confirm this again by ticking the declaration at checkout before every payment.
We may suspend or close any trade account whose GSTIN is found to be invalid, cancelled, or not belonging to the buyer.
General
By using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:
- You must be at least 18 years old and represent a GST-registered business to purchase on 24x7emall.in.
- All sales are final. Minimum order value is ₹10,000 (excluding any order we agree separately by email).
- Prices shown to verified trade accounts are trade prices inclusive of GST; a GST tax invoice is issued for every order.
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service without notice.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Your personal information is protected as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
By accessing and using 24x7emall.in, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.
Shipping Policy
Delivery is free on every trade order. Once an order is received (and, for bank-transfer orders, once payment is confirmed), the products will be shipped within 2 days and then delivered within 5 to 7 working days.

Cancellation Policy
You as a customer can cancel your order anytime up to the processing cut-off time for which you have placed an order by emailing our customer service at [email protected] with your order number. Cancellation is not possible once the order has been dispatched.
No Returns & Replacement Policy
1. No Returns
- 24x7 eMall does not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. All sales are final once the order is delivered.
- Every customer confirms acceptance of this policy by ticking a declaration at checkout before payment.
2. Replacement for Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items
- A replacement is provided only if the item arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item ordered.
- Video proof is mandatory: one continuous, unedited unboxing video that begins before the sealed parcel is opened, shows the shipping label and intact seal, and continues through opening and inspecting the product.
- The claim, with the video and photographs, must be emailed to [email protected] on the day of delivery.
- The item must be unused with all packaging, tags, accessories and manuals as received.
- Claims without a qualifying video, or raised after the day of delivery, are not accepted.
3. Replacement Process
- We review the video and respond within 1–2 business days.
- If approved, the customer ships the item back by trackable courier at their own cost; the replacement is dispatched after the item is received and verified.
- Replacement shipping both ways (return to us and delivery of the replacement) is borne by the customer. Reverse pickup is not available.
