How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS and email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real-time. You can also track orders from your Account → Orders page.
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns or refunds — all sales are final. If an item arrives damaged, defective or wrong, we replace it, provided you email [email protected] on the day of delivery with a continuous unboxing video that starts before the sealed parcel is opened. Shipping for the replacement, both ways, is paid by the customer. Please record every unboxing — it protects you fully.
Who can buy on 24x7 eMall?
24x7 eMall is a wholesale-only portal. Only GST-registered businesses — retailers, resellers, institutions and traders — can see trade prices and place orders. Register with your mobile number, email and GSTIN; a valid GSTIN is approved instantly.
Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum quantity per product, but the minimum order value is ₹10,000. For orders above ₹50,000, email [email protected] — we can usually do better on price.
How are trade prices set?
Trade prices are set per product and updated daily from our live inventory. The MRP is shown alongside every price so you can see your margin at a glance.
Is delivery free?
Yes — delivery is free on every trade order, pan-India, via our courier partners.
Are the products on 24x7 eMall genuine?
Absolutely. We source all products directly from authorised distributors and manufacturers. Every product listed on our website is 100% genuine and comes with the manufacturer's warranty where applicable.
Do you provide GST invoices?
Yes, a GST-compliant PDF invoice is generated for every order and sent to your registered email address. You can also download it from your Account → Orders page.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 3–7 working days depending on your location. Metro cities typically receive orders in 3–4 days, while remote areas may take up to 7 days. You will see an estimated delivery date on the product page after entering your pincode.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting our support team via email. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, and delivered orders cannot be returned.
What payment methods do you accept?
Pay online through Razorpay — UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking — or choose "Request Pro-forma Invoice" at checkout to pay by bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS). Bank-transfer orders are dispatched once the payment is confirmed.
