How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS and email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real-time. You can also track orders from your Account → Orders page.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 48 hours of delivery for most products, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging with all tags intact. To initiate a return, email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
What is the Cashback Points programme?
When you create an account on 24x7 eMall, you receive 100 welcome points. For every purchase, you earn 10% of your order total as points (e.g., a ₹1,200 order earns you 120 points). You can redeem points on orders above ₹499, up to 50% of your current balance per order. 1 point = ₹1 discount.
Is free delivery available on all orders?
Yes! Free delivery is available on all orders above ₹499. For orders below ₹499, a nominal shipping charge applies based on your location and the weight of your order.

Do you provide GST invoices?

How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 3–7 working days depending on your location. Metro cities typically receive orders in 3–4 days, while remote areas may take up to 7 days. You will see an estimated delivery date on the product page after entering your pincode.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting our support team via email or WhatsApp. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible; however, you can initiate a return after delivery.
