Return & Refund Policy

At 24x7 eMall, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

1. Return Window

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for most product categories. The return window begins on the date of delivery as confirmed by the courier tracking system.

2. How to Initiate a Return

We do not have an online return portal at this time. To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at [email protected]
  2. Include your order number, the product name, and the reason for return
  3. Attach clear photographs of the product, packaging, and any damage (if applicable)
  4. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions

3. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • Have all original packaging, labels, tags, accessories, and manuals intact
  • Not be classified as a non-returnable item (see Section 5)
  • Be returned within the 7-day window

4. Return Pickup / Drop-off

Once your return request is approved, we will either arrange a pickup from your address or provide a drop-off address depending on your location and the courier's serviceability. Return shipping is arranged by us at no additional cost to you for eligible returns.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following categories are generally not eligible for return unless the product is defective or damaged on arrival:

  • Consumables (food, personal care items once opened)
  • Downloadable software or digital products
  • Items purchased during clearance sales marked "Final Sale"
  • Products with tampered serial numbers or removed stickers

6. Defective or Wrong Product

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will offer a full replacement or refund at no cost, including return shipping.

Refund timelines are from the date we receive and inspect the returned product. You will be notified via email and SMS once the refund is initiated.

8. Cashback Points on Returns

If you earned Cashback Points on the returned order, the corresponding points will be deducted from your points balance upon processing the return.

9. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us immediately. If payment has already been made, the full amount will be refunded within 5–7 working days. Once an order is dispatched, cancellations are not possible — you may return the product after delivery.
