1. Delivery Coverage

24x7 eMall ships to all serviceable pincodes across India. Delivery availability and estimated dates for your pincode can be checked on the product page before placing an order.

4. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

5. Shipping Partner

We ship via iCarry.in and their network of trusted courier partners across India. You will receive the specific courier name and tracking number via SMS and email once your order is dispatched.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • An SMS with your tracking number and tracking link
  • An email with the same tracking details

You can also track your order at any time from Account → My Orders.

7. Multiple Items in One Order

If your order contains multiple products, they will be shipped together where possible. Occasionally, items may be dispatched in separate packages, each with its own tracking number.

8. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at [email protected] or via WhatsApp. We will investigate with the courier and provide an update within 2 business days.

9. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

10. Address Changes

Address changes can only be made before the order is dispatched. To request a change, contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number.
